✨Did you know Dixieland was officially established in 1907?
At the time it was built, it was known to be the “surest and safest investment in Florida” however, it took some time to have people come and build here, most homes were actually built between 1920-1940.
👉🏽In 1907 Theodore Roosevelt was president, a Good Housekeeping subscription was $1 a year, and it was the busiest year at Ellis Island with 1.1 million immigrants coming to the US that year.
Dixieland was officially registered as a historic neighborhood in 1993!
